Overview

The Compass/Eurest Catering Department is a full service operation designed and developed to meet all your catering needs. We understand how important your event is, which is why our Catering manager and Executive Chef would be happy to meet with you and customize your event to your needs.

Whether it’s an office meeting for 12, a formal dinner for 120, a themed reception for 1,200, or a company-wide celebration, we guarantee quality food within your budget and a timely dependable delivery and service.

Ordering

The preferred method to request catering is online at: https://www.compasscatering.com/ChevronElSegundo/splash.htm

Lead Time

Please place orders at least 14 hours prior to your event, 48 hours for hot food items. Additional notice requested for specialty menu items and cake. Custom menus require a minimum 72 hour lead time depending on selection and availability.

Events for the Pacific Tower may inadvertently be delivered late due limited access to loading dock. Please allow leeway when selecting delivery times.

Last Minute Requests

For orders placed within 14 hours of the event or changes to an existing order, you must call the catering department directly, then confirm via email:

Last minute orders will be accepted; however, menu selection and requested delivery time is contingent upon existing cafeteria and catering activity. A special handling charge will apply to:

Requests received after 3:00 p.m. prior to delivery day

Same day request, or additions to an order after delivery

Service & Labor Charges

Delivery hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

Orders delivered outside this timeframe incur an off-hour labor charge.

Rerouted order (location change), after delivery incur a service charge.

Same-day cancellations are billed for prepared and perishable items.

A minimum order of $25.00 is required for delivery. Orders under this threshold incur a service charge.

Delivery to Pacific Towers is $10.00 delivery fee

Clean Up

Unless otherwise instructed, equipment and non-perishable items included with the catering order should remain in the room for pick up.

Please notify the catering department if equipment has been moved to another location. Lost or misplaced equipment will be charged to the event.
